Erin Wolf, BSN, MS, PA-C

Erin was born and raised in South Jersey having graduated from Shawnee High School in Medford. She pursued a career in Nursing where she was an Intensive Care Unit RN. Erin's desire to diagnose, treat, and care for patients at a greater level persisted so she became a Physician Assistant. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) with a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Shortly after graduation in 2002, she joined the Reconstructive Orthopedics team and has excelled in her profession. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and her friends and family.

Erin’s Degrees and Licenses include; Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Master’s of Science, and Certified Physician Assistant.
